System EZD - Employee's Manual
System EZD PUW, or shortly System EZD, is an Electronic Document Management system used on Jagiellonian University.
This system provides the electronic documentation workflow across the University.
System EZD is available only in Polish, with no possibility of translating its interface.
To make the system more accessible for non-Polish employees, we have created the System EZD PUW Employee's Manual. This manual contains instructions for basic operations performed in the system. It is available for download using the link below.
Any doubts or issues with the system should be consulted first with the employee's supervisor, and then, if the problem still exists, with the Department of Electronic Document Management System by e-mail: pomoc.ezd@uj.edu.pl

Accessing System EZD while working remotely
To access the system while working outside the Jagiellonian University network, a VPN connection is required.
In order to connect to JU's VPN network, you need to download and install PulseSecure software.
VPN Connection details:
- Name: SAP
- URL: https://extranet.uj.edu.pl/sap
After connecting, System EZD is available via internet browser, using address: https://ezd.uj.edu.pl
Any issues with connecting to the VPN should be consulted with the IT Helpdesk
